Trish has been delivering private personal training for over 30 years. As a certified Masters Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Weight Management Coach, she designs every program around the individual in front of her.

No generic plans. No group programs passed off as personal. Every session is planned for your specific goals, your current fitness level, and any injuries or health considerations you bring with you.

30 Years of Results

Trish's personal training background spans a remarkable range of clients and environments. She has served as Head Trainer for a Rugby Club, Star Force Police, Mounted Police, and the RAAF, and was selected by WHO Weekly Magazine to guide a client through a national 12-week transformation challenge, resulting in a 14kg weight loss and the title of Personal Trainer of the Year.

This depth of experience across performance, rehabilitation, and everyday fitness is what she brings to every private session.
