What is Babylates
Babylates is a beautiful class for you and your baby which delivers a variety of mind/body concepts such as Pilates and Aerial Yoga concentrating on improving health, strength, flexibility, fitness and posture – all in one class.
It is also an opportunity to have some valuable time out and meet other new Mums, relax, share ideas and most importantly enjoy a healthy way of exercising in a friendly comfortable environment.
For babies aged 3–12 months.

Every class finishes with time to unwind in the hammock, stretch, breathe, and enjoy some special quiet moments with your baby.
Is Babylates Right for You?
Babylates is perfect if you're:
A new mum wanting to safely rebuild core strength
Looking for low-impact exercise you can do with your baby
Craving some "me time" that includes your little one
Wanting to meet other mums in a supportive environment
Ready to feel strong, stretched, and centred again
No previous Pilates experience needed. Sessions are adapted to all postnatal fitness levels.
More Than a Workout
“Your baby will love the fun in class with Pilates movements and the gentle flow of the hammock as you move freely and comfortably”
Unlike typical mum-and-bub fitness classes, Babylates incorporates the Aerial Yoga hammock—giving you a unique experience that decompresses your spine, deepens your stretches, and provides a calming environment for both you and your baby.
