What is Babylates

Babylates is a special time just for you and your little one. In a relaxed, welcoming setting, you'll work through gentle Pilates exercises designed to rebuild core strength, improve muscle tone, and restore mobility—all while your baby is right there with you.

These sessions blend traditional Pilates with our signature Aerial Yoga hammock, giving you the chance to stretch, move, and unwind together. It's fitness, bonding, and a little bit of calm in one session.

For babies aged 3–12 months.

Pilates Core Work

Gentle exercises focused on rebuilding your core, improving posture, and restoring strength after pregnancy.

Aerial Hammock Flow

Stretch and move freely in our supportive hammocks—adapted to you and completely baby-friendly.

Relaxation & Play

Each session ends with time to relax, meditate, and enjoy playful moments with your baby..

  • Completely normal and expected! Our sessions are designed with babies in mind—you're welcome to feed, settle, or comfort your little one whenever needed. There's no pressure to "perform."

  • Not at all. Sessions are adapted to all fitness levels, and Trish will guide you through every movement safely.

  • We recommend waiting until you've had your 6-week postnatal check-up and received clearance from your GP or midwife.We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.

  • Once bubs start walking, they become a bit too mobile for these sessions! But Trish offers other options—just get in touch.
