AntiGravity® Teacher Training
Become a certified Aerial Yoga instructor in just 4 days
Learn to Teach the Art of Flight
AntiGravity® was created by Christopher Harrison, a Broadway aerial choreographer known as the "flying guru." His method uses a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling to decompress the spine, deepen stretches, and practice inversions you can't achieve on the ground.
This 50-hour course gives you everything you need to teach AntiGravity® with confidence, postural assessment, all poses and sequences, and hands-on mentorship in a supportive environment.
Trish is a USA Certified AntiGravity® Master Trainer—bringing this revolutionary method to Adelaide.
