What is GRAVITY Strength Training?

GRAVITY Strength Training is a functional cable assisted machine that is capable of delivering over 250 exercises and provides unique consistency in exercise .

If you think traditionally when you workout in the gym, you need to exercise on a different machine to perform each muscle group, the GRAVITY Strength Training Machine is capable of delivering all that and more.  Plus its functional cable operation provides unique consistency in exercise balance.  GRAVITY Strength Training is also time efficient, is very effective and gets results.

This is the first time GRAVITY has come to Australia—and Trish was the first to bring it here in 2004 and commence training in Adelaide. She's a USA Certified Gravity Strength Master Trainer.
