AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga
Stretch further, decompress your spine, and experience the freedom of the hammock, all levels welcome!
What is AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga?
AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga is a workout that connects the body and mind, allowing you to stretch further and hold challenging poses for longer by utilising the AntiGravity® Hammock.
Working against gravity whilst suspended in the hammock enables you to get deeper into stretches, decompress and lengthen the spine, relax the muscles, open the hips and upper back, and calm the mind, all in one session.
AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga was designed by founder Christopher Harrison, a flying guru whose specialty was teaching people how to fly. His aerial choreography has excited audiences on Broadway, in rock tours, and in TV specials worldwide.

What's Included in Each Session
Aerial Movement & Flow
Each class moves through a sequence of AntiGravity® poses and flows in the hammock — building strength, coordination, and body awareness progressively and safely.
Inversions & Decompression
Guided inversions in the hammock gently decompress the spine, release shoulder and hip tension, and improve posture — movements unique to the aerial hammock experience.
Anti-Gravity® Aerial Yoga
Each session finishes with a guided relaxation in the hammock — cocooned in the silk, fully supported, as you unwind, breathe, and restore. A moment of pure calm.
