AntiGravity® Kids Aerial Yoga
Where kids learn to flip, swing, and fly—while building confidence
It's a child's inherent nature to laugh, swing, spin, climb, flip and play. When a child plays, their spirit soars.
AntiGravity® Kids Aerial Yoga gives children the gift of flight. Using specially designed silk hammocks, kids experience a playful fitness program that combines gymnastics, dance, and acrobatics with mindfulness—all in a safe, non-competitive environment.
For ages 5–11 years.
